   A1 Gold, doing business as A1 Gold Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), offers a range of
   services including short-term property management, vacation and residential cleaning, pet
   sitting, notary services, haul-away and unwanted item removal, house sitting, excavation, and lawn maintenance. Services may be scheduled and paid for online, subject to availability and geographic limitations.
3. Booking & Payment
   All bookings are subject to confirmation. Payment is due at the time of booking unless
   otherwise agreed in writing. We use secure third-party payment processors and are not liable
   for any payment processing issues.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellations must be notified to [email protected].
   • Standard Services
     • Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance of your service will receive a full refund for service.
     • Cancellations within 24 hours and before the start time of your service will receive a 50% refund.
     • Cancellations after the start time of your service or no-shows will receive a 50% refund.
   • Vacation Rental Management Services
     • Cancellations must be submitted 48 hours or more in advance of service to receive a refund. Notification within 48 hours or after scheduled service time may be subject to full service fees.
   • Special Circumstances
     • In emergencies or severe weather, cancellation terms may be adjusted at our discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to:
    Provide accurate information at the time of booking
    Ensure safe and legal access to the property
    Disclose any health or behavioral issues of pets
    Obtain necessary permits for excavation or construction-related work
    Comply with all applicable laws and ordinances
6. Third-Party Services
   We may use third-party contractors to perform services. While we vet our partners carefully,
   we are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties.
7. Prohibited Uses
   You agree not to:
    Use the Website for unlawful purposes
    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

8. Limitation of Liability
