Where do you provide services/Is there a travel fee?

We provide property and pet care to the following areas in Colorado: Bailey, Grant, the Wilderness Ridge Area, the 285 Corridor, Morrison, Golden, & beyond. Our Service hubs are located in Bailey & Wilderness Ridge and charge a travel fee for areas outside of a specific radius of these two hubs.

How can I submit specific requests/instructions?

You can email [email protected] to provide any specific requests or instructions in advance of your service. We will try to accommodate requests if possible, but a fee may be added depending on the request.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations must be notified to [email protected].

Standard Services

Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance of your service will receive a full refund for service.

Cancellations within 24 hours and before the start time of your service will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations after the start time of your service or no-shows will receive a 50% refund.

Vacation Rental Management Services

Cancellations must be submitted 48 hours or more in advance of service to receive a refund. Notification within 48 hours or after scheduled service time may be subject to full service fees.

Special Circumstances

In emergencies or severe weather, cancellation terms may be adjusted at our discretion.

Do you use traditional or non-toxic/organic cleaning products?

We use traditional cleaning products for regular cleanings. Non-toxic or alternate cleaning products are available on request.
